I had the pleasure of working with Susanna as our UI artist for a recent, unfortunately cancelled, project. From start to finish, Susanna showed a deep understanding of graphic design, UX and UI, and was always proactive in coming up with creative solutions to challenges that inevitably arose throughout the project. Some of Susanna's greatest strengths that I observed are her problem-solving and task-coordination. She was able to take on complex tasks and find a way to simplify them, always ensuring that the end result was user-friendly and visually appealing. Even though our studio was shrunk into an almost inoperable state, Susanna prepared clear and concise documentation as well as clean files and components, that could be used by artists or coders to complete what we started. Despite the challenges inherent in designing a UI that is both pleasing to look at and intuitive to use, Susanna was able to tackle it surprisingly quick. She had a keen eye for detail and was thinking ahead, ensuring that every component of the UI was based on the 8-grid and would fit and anker on every size and aspect ratio. She was also able to introduce new tools and techniques, such as Figma, which greatly improved our workflow and allowed for real-time collaboration and feedback directly in the mockups. I would highly recommend Susanna to anyone seeking a talented and proactive UI artist. I have no doubt that she will continue to excel in her career, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with her.
