Sue and I were on Togo's executive team together. Sue was instrumental in identifying, networking and hiring a wealth of experienced talent to Togo's. She managed a number of those new hires and equipped them with a new comprehensive restaurant operations audit to elevate execution of the Brand within the franchise community. She brought valuable strategic and operational views of the business to our interactions. For the franchisees she emphasized the need and trained them in how to manage their P&Ls for greater profitability without impacting the Brand or the guest experience. It was great to work Sue and would hope to work with her again some day.
