I first met her as a teacher at Parsons - The New School in 2019, where I took her Sustainable Business Models class. Susana worked with us to apply tools and methods such as Design Thinking and the Business Model Canvas that allowed us to uncover insights from our potential users and pivot into a business model that helped us get our first paying customer.
