Domi Enders
Susana worked with us to apply tools and methods such as Design Thinking and the Business Model Canvas that allowed us to uncover insights from our potential users and pivot into a business model that helped us get our first paying customer. She was flexible in meeting the needs of our startup and able to wear a number of hats. She quickly developed an understanding of the education technology market, and helped extensively with research and analysis of market drivers, stakeholders and end-users. Susana is truly wonderful to work with, and she brings to her projects an unusual combination of analytic and business experience, creativity and a deep sensitivity to people and issues.
