I had the pleasure of working with Susana during my first 8 months at EveryMatrix, where she was an integral part of the Marbella office and went above and beyond her normal duties of office management and recruitment to help out her colleagues whenever they were in need. When I first moved to Spain, Susana helped me find a house and even coordinated with countless rental agencies to set up my visits, advised me on the best healthcare/internet/phone/banking/gym providers in the area, accompanied me to my work permit appointments to ensure that nothing went wrong or was misunderstood, assisted in setting up my taxes with a local accounting firm, and was just an overall joy to be around; my relocation and transition to Spain would have been a nightmare without her helpful guidance and insight. I also witnessed her expert negotiation with various vendors and providers, single-handedly managing full-cycle local hiring processes for all local teams, coordinating team-building events for 30+ colleagues, and setting the example for a positive office environment and culture. Susana will be a significant asset to any team that is wise enough to take her onboard, and she will bring tremendous value on both a personal and professional level.

I can only speak highly about the collaboration with Susana. I had the opportunity to be her direct manager at EveryMatrix. She is always ready to take on new responsibilities and goes the extra mile in achieving great results in her work. She adapted very fast and was quickly involved in projects across the group of companies.
