Develop, prepare, generate, and analyze ongoing and ad-hoc special reports, including staffing levels, turnover, absenteeism, applicant tracking, EEO, compensation, promotions, LOA's, etc. Administer the compensation program, including the annual merit compensation increase process, ongoing pay changes due to promotions, job changes, shift changes etc. Conduct exit interviews to determine reasons for turnover. Coordinate with Plant OP’s, Safety, QA to ensure employees receive mandatory and plant specific training.
