Position: Senior Manager Department: OSG Background and key performance: DTZ and CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD merged together in September 2015 and plan to go to the stock market in 2 years. Due to the merger, the global customer platform needs to be merged too and the customer resources need to be integrated. With is background, I joined the new OSG team which is located in Beijing with a functional coverage of North China. The team is under the supervision of the GM North China and is responsible for integrating and utilizing the global customer resources and to deliver local expertise. At this time, the market is really tough. The whole team has delivered a performance of 40.8 million turnover which is ranked as No. 1 in this industry. The target for 2017 is 80 million. OSG Shanghai team won 60 million turnover last year and will fight for 100 million this year. Under such situation, my personal sales target is 3 million. Key Performance: Successfully completed Vistra Investment Beijing headquarter project with a transaction of 200k. Successfully completed Gemalto (French company) Beijing office expansion project with a transaction of 20k. Successfully completed Guangzhou Securities Beijing branch office project and established strategically cooperation relationship with Dalian, Shenyang and key cities in East China such as Shanghai and Hangzhou. Actively keep going American Church project with long-term cooperation, including Beijing headquarter project. Helped the clients to inspect many prospective projects and to complete the financial analysis. The transaction is approximately around 1 million. Actively performed in Longfor Beijing office relocation project with target volume of 10,000 sqm with estimated transaction of 2 million.
