Susan and I began our working relationship with a company that was spun off from a larger entity. While we had much in place, there were many challenges and opportunities ahead in building our departments from a new company perspective. Susan is very well rounded in her knowledge of Payroll and all departments that affect Payroll such as Accounting, Benefits, HR, Systems, etc. This is critical to her ability to manage effectively.
