This was shown at the Baker College of Flint Centennial celebration on December 13, 2011. •Arranged for musical performances at events commemorating the 100th anniversary of Baker College. In May 2011, the Lapeer Symphony Strings performed as part of "Spirit Week" activities. The Lapeer Symphony Brass provided a musical soundtrack for the final "Centennial Celebration" on December 13, 2011.

• Created and presented hands-on training programs to users of the TIP Database, a database of community information currently a major component of the 211 Call Centers in Southeastern Michigan. • Wrote technical manuals for users of the TIP Database software program. •Provided individual support to users of the TIP Database, including assistance with searching; tracking and reporting statistics. •Developed and presented a customized training program entitled, "The ABCs of Information and Referral". The purpose of this program was to prepare novice information and referral providers for certification by Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS). The program was presented at both the international AIRS conference as well as the statewide MI-AIRS conferences. • Produced training materials in conjunction with the presentation of The ABCs of Information and Referral. • Beta tester of RTM Design’s Refer99 Information and Referral software. • Inquired into the requirements of a variety of Refer99 users and discussed these with the software developers in order to assist in the development of a comprehensive information and referral product.
