Susan joined ReadSoft as EA to the CEO/Office Manager and assisted me and the team for 8+ years with a myriad of duties. Whether she was drafting speeches or presentations; organizing travel, staff and client events; liaising with suppliers and customers; coordinating office relocations; drafting our policies or managing HR administration, she handled it all with a calm demeanour and a professional presence. She was a wonderful contributor to our company culture and a much-valued member of the team. Much to her surprise, she was a humble yet deserving recipient of 2 MVP awards, as well as recognized internationally, for her contribution to the worldwide organization, as one of only 6 finalists in our

Susan was our Office Manager at ReadSoft, a people person, and a pleasure to work with, her work was always making everybody else's job much easier. Always smiling and making sure everyone feels comfortable around the office; she is detail-oriented. It is almost infuriating how much she knows and can do: office budgeting, assisting, event planning, queries and complaints management, HR scheduling… She knows her way around the office like no one else and always our goto when we needed help;
