Susan is a highly skilled, team first employee who consistantly goes above and beyond the requirements of her position to ensure her company, managers and colleagues are successful. I would reccomend her to anyone seeking to raise the level of performance and professionalism in their office. I would love the chance to have her on my team again. She simply makes everyone better!

Kevin Settles, EHS Manager PepsiCo, Inc. 1775 East Kansas City Road Olathe, KS 66061 913-475-7605 To Whom It May Concern, I am the EHS Manager for PepsiCo Satellite Warehouse locations in the Iowa Market and have known Susan Winker for 3 years. Susan was an associate administrative assistance at the Carroll, Iowa PepsiCo facility and we worked together in a number of varying capacities related to EHS and DOT compliance requirements. In her administrative role Susan was often assigned to learn, master, lead, and track progression of numerous EHS and DOT programs, requirements, targets, and tasks. She willingly and effectively accepted these challenges with skill and integrity. Often she was a primary or secondary task leader with specific responsibility to ensure compliance was fully achieved and documented by direct action or through accounting for the actions of others. Susan always showed great diligence and a strong desire to help her team be successful as well as ensuring her own success in these endeavors. She was a valuable location team member and offered equally valuable support, professionalism, trust, zeal, and teamwork to the leadership team, location employees, and myself. It was a pleasure to work with Susan and I strongly support her as she continues to pursue opportunities where she can utilize her experience, skill sets, and knowledge to support a team that expects the highest quality from employee members. I recommend Susan without reservation. Respectfully submitted, Kevin L. Settles
