      At Crossroads Counseling I assisted in managing three facilities as far as administratively. I supervised several admin staff, provided new-staff training as well as on-going training. I reviewed resumes, scheduled and performed interviews, hired and assisted in firing staff as well. I was responsible for insurance verification, authorization, billing, correcting and re-submitting denials, as well as collections. I organized all of the Company events and assisted all of the staff in a Human Resource manner. I was responsible for scheduling and documenting many of the weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings. I performed all standard administrative duties. I was in charge of managing the Medical Director's schedule and credentialing him with insurance companies. I collaborated with many other social service/drug and alcohol agencies that we worked very closely with to coordinate each individual's treatment.
