  For the past 35 years I have worked for a group of companies owned by Sharon Miller under the ITH Staffing umbrella. My duties include Human Resources, Workers Compensation/Safety, Employee Benefits, Strategic Planning and am a member of the management team. From 1979 to 1999 I managed The Branch Office, which was a 24-hour, 7 day operation providing secretarial/telephone answering service as well as specialized call center services. For the past 15 years I have served as the Human Resources Manager for ITH Staffing and Executive Assistant to Sharon Miller. In addition to the human resources duties specifically for ITH Staffing employees, I have been doing Human Resources Consulting for the past 3 years as well. I also traveled to ITH Staffing offices in Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York to do in-house management staff training in risk management and workers compensation.
