Susan was a colleague for several years. In her Director position at CE Alliance, Susan did an excellent job in her managerial role and was an asset to our organization during her tenure with the office. She has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the projects are completed on-time and on budget. Susan was responsible for supervising the client services unit. Under her management, her responsibilities included for many of the office's administrative and client based functions. She effectively scheduled and managed several associates to maintain efficient project operations. Susan was always willing to offer her assistance and had an excellent rapport with the many constituents served by our office including clients, employers, and other professional organizations. She would be an asset to any employer and I would recommend her for any endeavor she choose to pursue.

It is a pleasure to write on behalf of Susan Roman whose high level of professionalism is evident in all of her work. Her contributions during group meetings on CME program development have been consistently timely, succinct, and insightful. She has provided clear direction whenever I have gone to her with a question, and a quick perusal of her weekly spreadsheets is all that is necessary to grasp the current status of outstanding grant proposals. While working onsite at large CME meetings she provides direction to faculty, staff, and attendees with ease, making critical contributions to the success of the program. Susan is also an extremely nice and personable individual who made me feel welcome as soon as I joined the group.
