In my experience Sue is an absolute pleasure to work with, proved to be a fantastic communicator at all levels of the company and clearly exhibited excellent business acumen. Sue very quickly established herself as a key member of the senior management team, bringing energy and knowledge to a critical role. She established excellent relationships and understood the network of colleagues she required to excel in her position. She exhibited really strong leadership, transforming her function and team in a relatively short space of time. Not afraid to deal with difficult situations, Sue also has a skill for being able to work tactically & strategically and switch between as the situation required. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to be pragmatic in ensuring the achievement of the best overall result for the business. I am truly sorry that Sue is no longer working for us. She will be fantastic in any HR role as this is her area of expertise, however she would excel in any role which requires good communication & understanding people, such as people management. I would not hesitate in employing her again and would recommend her to any company looking to improve what they do. She is an expert in her field, but would offer real value in a variety of roles to any business fortunate enough to have her.
