This included analyzing and proof reading criteria, preforming queries, collecting data, creating templates, questionnaires and certificates as well as working with the finance department to reconcile the yearly budget to ensure that funds were distributed appropriate. -Maintained and updated all UME student records (approximately 550-500 per yr) using various databases and university software. This included status changes and name changes which rolled over to main campus registration.-Organized orientation for first year students and convocation for graduating students. The organization of these events included coordinating several persons from several departments, confirming and securing speakers and overseeing the general flow of the event.
