  - Collate, interpret and analyse strategic material and present it in a clear, understandable and concise form to the Chair and Chief Executive, Directors and wider RDA network - Offer formal and informal advice to the Chair, Chief Executive and Directors based on a full understanding of the regional and national policy context - Manage the Agency's Chair of Chairs' period; provide advice drafting expertise, coordination of cross-network activity and intelligence, establishemnt of systems, brokering agreements etc. in support of the Agency's Chair of Chairs' priorities - Lead work with the Communications Directorate to improve the dissemination of policy positions and key messages to ensure these are embedded and shared across the Agency. Provide high level policy messages, and key strategic content and advice to communications activity, as part of a comprehensive policy dissemination function to the Board, Chief Executive and Agency staff.
