      I managed, maintained, updated and developed the school’s website and assisted with the newly introduced social media profiles and presence. I had overall management responsibility for the ‘School to Home’ electronic communications system (SchoolComms) and trained and supervised the work of three members of staff. I managed the integrity of the database with SIMs, trouble shooting technical and user issues as they arose. I produced two weekly newsletters for Junior and Senior School and as the copywriter, editor, researcher and photographer, I was responsible for its content and layout. I was the school photographer and maintained an archive/library of photographic images for use in many formats around the school and in print. My images were used as the School Christmas Cards for the last three years. I maintained the school’s database for publicity permissions and publications and communicated with all new parents about this iworking n accordance with the Data Protection Act. I contributed articles, images and stories for the GDST website, press releases and other publications such as Alumnae news. I worked with the Marketing Manager on marketing and advertising campaigns and to produce press releases and news announcements.
