I have am currently working towards Chartership with the CILIP the Library and Information Association.I manage the day to day operation of the Library, leading the staff team and deploying staff and resources to deliver excellent services and customer care. I manage the building to ensure safe and effective delivery of services. I planned the curriculum and supervised sessions, staff and volunteers. I created individual development plans, assessments and reports and attended review meetings. I liaised with parents/carers and other professionals/agencies. OFSTED assessed that the playgroup provided high quality nursery education, staff planned very effectively, providing excellent activities in each area of learning, children made excellent progress and that staff were committed to providing excellent support for families. As Playgroup Administrator I managed the finances - accounts, payroll, budgets and grant applications. I produced reports, forms, plans, letters, notices and displays.
