This position is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and supporting the matching of children and volunteers in the In School Mentoring program and monitoring and supporting volunteers in club programs. This position is also responsible for working with youth and families involved in the Club Programs, development and delivery of programming in five key areas, supervision of club members and helping in food preparation for club meals. Facilitators will play a lead role in assessing and informing the agency of the needs of future and existing children, families and volunteers in these programs so that the agency can concentrate on providing or partnering with programs or services that will have an impact.
