Beginning in 2023 I am excited to complete my training as a Xerces Ambassador joining 70+ other candidates across the nation. The value of invertebrates in your life should be acknowledged. As the current President of the Washoe Retired Education Association (WREA) my energies are focused on advocating for our members who are retired educators. Our group organizes social events for retirees and also works to support public schools and educators in Nevada. WREA works in concert with other NEA affiliates to make positive change in policies that also impact current educators.
