Received my certificate for a Fitness Professional from Pima Community College in 2014. Also received my certification for personal training from American College of Sports Medicine in March of 2014. Due to health issues, I have not been practicing or training people but hopefully soon:) I love to inspire and teach people, especially 40 and older, about health and fitness, and lifestyle changes.
