● Manage day to day clinic operations such as, but not limited to answering multi-line phone system, returning voicemails, scheduling, maintain accounting logbook, checking patients in/out, verifying insurance coverage, organizing incoming/outgoing faxes, managing incoming/outgoing mail, directing patients into treatment rooms and therapies● Implement office policies, rules, regulations, federal HIPAA privacy laws, and other state ordinances● Coordinate staff schedules, patient schedules, and receptionists schedules while supervising all office staff of their duties● Managing staff, hiring staff, conducting all interviews, training all new staff members, and in-house human resources● Organize and order office supplies, furniture, medical equipment, and personal protective equipment for all staff● Create office documents, flyers, pamphlets, paperwork, labels, and office letterheads for the clinic operations● Authorize any write offs, fees, or the coordination/explanation of benefits, and maintaining all office subscriptions● Managing accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, overdue accounts, late accounts, and collection accounts● Communicate effectively and efficiently between lawyers, personal injury representatives, workers compensation representatives, insurance brokers, insurance agents or representatives, and health insurance companies in order to properly determine the treatment plan and financial responsibility during treatment period for the patient● Monitor patients as well as take the patients off of electrical stimulation therapy or other physical therapy● Translates documents from English to Korean and Korean to English for both doctor and patients● Manage Google business listing, social media sites such as Facebook, and clinic’s website● Manage patient reviews from Google, Yelp, and Facebook in a friendly and professional manner
