Susan is awesome and I’m sure her associates thought the same. I worked with Susan for 4 years and during that time I learned a great deal from Susan. I admired her creativity, resilience, and work ethic. As an HR professional often times we have to think outside the box to support the operations as well as support our associate population and Susan mastered that and became a true business partner. A company considering Susan for an HR leadership role will immediately see the value add and appreciate her contributions.

Susan is a positive and inspiring professional. I enjoyed working with her at Atrium Hospitality. She is a well respected manager and leader, who believes in team building. One thing that was remarkable about Susan, was the Back to School Bash she put together for the hotel employees' children. Backpacks and school supplies were given to each child, along with a free haircut/style, and good food and fun activities. Susan definitely made a huge impact.
