I’m grateful to have collaborated with Susan in multiple occasions. First was with her evangelism training and experience. It was powerful, energizing and spot on what we needed. Second, and even several times after that, has been in the area of missions partnerships. Her passion and ability to clearly lay out the Bible and God’s plan for discipleship is matched by none. Susan’s passion to serve speaks for itself.

Founder & President | Women’s Disciple-Making Movement at allinmin.org
-
Apr 2012 - Present
This disciple-making movement started unintentionally. With one step of obedience, we answered the call to go -- first to the Mayan jungle, then to South Asia, Africa, and the Middle east. What we saw changed us. Women, in many cultures, are told they are “ruined” or a “burden” because they are born female. They are marginalized and oppressed. Never hearing they are loved, women think they have no value, and their lives do not matter. They feel hopeless and forgotten . . . until they encounter Jesus. Sadly, women have little or no access to discipleship training to grow in their relationship with God. Cultural restrictions or limited resources keep them from learning how to know and share Jesus. Since 2011, we've traveled around the globe, partnered with local churches, and taught the privileged and the poor to be disciples who makes disciples for Jesus. By God’s grace, we now also equip women to cross cultures and disciple under-resourced women. We’re 90% volunteer-run and operate in a virtual culture to stay lean while expanding our global network. Our team is spread across the USA, from Alaska to Atlanta, and our in-country leaders live in Asia, Eastern Europe, and Africa, multiplying discipleship to forgotten women. || OUR AIM || We serve the church by producing biblical resources and equipping under-resourced believers through conferences/online training to be disciple-makers for Jesus. Our aim is for short-term missions to include a disciple-making training component for women. || YOU CAN HELP || If you know of a woman leader who loves missions, please connect us. Or, if you are looking for a presenter for your conference, college, or church, invite us so we can share this great mission opportunity.* || OUR THANKS || Thank you for engaging. Please help yourself to free disciple-making training materials/printables at allinmin.org. *All honorariums go toward disciple-making workshops for under-resourced women. Show less

Founder & Head of Women's Ministry
-
Oct 2006 - Dec 2016
I grew up in South Florida during the “Jesus movement” of the 70s and learned about the extravagant love of God. I trusted Jesus for my salvation at a young age, but decades later, I learned to trust Jesus for my everyday life. My life took a radical turn when my two sons were born. God the Father's love became more tangible and my worldview became more grounded on biblical truth. Realizing I had never followed Jesus as Leader of my everyday life, I surrendered everything to Him – including my corporate career. Soon thereafter, I was invited to re-start and lead the women’s ministry at my church, Chets Creek Church, which I did for 10 years. Not only did I grow rapidly in my faith, but also I saw women's lives radically change. We were changed to bring change to our families, communities, and the world. And, because of our disciple-making, non-traditional approach to women’s ministry, I was invited to speak at conferences internationally. My heart broke when I discovered women around the world believe they have little value and have little access to discipleship yet are the “keepers of the religion” in most cultures. With God’s many promptings, I started a ministry called All In Ministries International to meet this need. Show less
