I worked with Susan at Unum on a very challenging claims payment system. She did a terrific job at data modeling, working on the creation of business requirements so that developers could design to them and the entire team could understand them. Susan also jumped in at many different points of the project to help test, cull out data requirements, and championing better architecture standards.

Sue Francoeur has worked for 5 years on my team in Unum's Benefits IT organization. Sue is an excellent business analyst, who's strengths include requirements gathering, process modeling, and solution design. Sue is very good at analyzing business problems, determining solution possibilities, and finalizing application designs (user interface, process, data, etc.). Sue is very good at building strong partnerships with her business clients, and collaborating with different members of her project teams. Sue approaches her work with a positive/collaborate spirit. On her teams Sue has demonstrated leadership by volunteering to fill different roles such as data analysis/design and system testing. Sue has made valuable contributions to her teams, and successfully led business analysis/design efforts on many different types of projects. I would strongly recommend Sue for her leadership in business analysis and design.
