Service Coordinator

I work with residents living within 4 of our Public Housing Communities in developing family and/or individual self~sufficiency goals. I am able to link residents to supportive services designed to increase earned income and reduce the need for welfare assistance. I am further blessed to be working with one of our sites that house residenrs that are Senior/Disabled. My role there is to lend a hand connecting residents with services, specific for Seniors and or Residents with Disabilities and to be an Advocate for each resident as they navigate through, what can be frustrating, much needed services.
