I focus on every day communication as well as high-stakes events such as: board presentations, big-stage keynotes, TED Talks, IPO roadshows, team off-sites, and investor meetings. I am passionate about encouraging people to lead confidently in their area of expertise. I help leaders make complex topics simple to understand and engaging to listen to. I ensure that they have a clear communication strategy that aligns with the goals of their organization and that optimizes team involvement. In addition, I ensure leaders develop the ability to inspire and coach their own teams to create an open, participatory environment where people follow because they want to, not because they have to.
