Susan possesses all of the computer, technical, and interpersonal skills that you would expect from a seasoned professional Executive Assistant. What makes Susan a true standout, someone first on your list following a job change, is her unflappable demeanor, willingness to take on any new - difficult task with a smile, willingness to give of her own time when needed, her willingness to deftly inform you that you "may" have misread a situation, her ability to be a second set of eyes and ears within the company, and her unique ability to multiply your own efficiency as the workday progresses. She projects a professional persona which enhances the credibility of both the organization and the executive. I can recommend Susan for any C-level executive looking for a business partner, that is, unless I hire her first!

I reported directly to Susan for 1.5 years. Susan was great at giving clear directions and expectations so that I could develop my role at WellPet. She helped me become an independent worker and taught me time management. Susan always took the time to answer my questions when needed and followed up on projects that I was working on to make sure I met my deadlines. Her cheerful misdemeanor made it a pleasure coming to work everyday.
