Sue is a conscientious team player who takes ownership of issues seeing them through to a conclusion. Sue is results focused and has developed good relationships with customers and suppliers. I have enjoyed working with Sue and would recommend working with her in the future.

Susan I worked together during my 8 years at Mobile Doctors. Although we were not in the same department, I was often impressed by Susan’s ability to handle even the toughest client. It was a skill which seemed to come perfectly naturally to her. Her duties included the maintenance of the complaints management system from which she would draw reports and statistics to identify trends enabling her to recommend changes which might be required in order to prevent issues from repeating themselves! As a team member or a leader, Susan was a valued asset to the Customer Service Process. I would not have any reservation in recommending her for any Customer Services role.
