Susan is an extremely competent PR & Communications expert. Having worked with her throughout numerous brand and proposition changes her attention to detail and delivery were second to none. In my capacity as Customer Relations Manager we worked extremely closely on customer outcomes and it was so refreshing to work with someone who was intent on getting things right for the customer as well as striking the balance of clear, decisive messaging for the business. I would highly recommend Susan to any organisation as she will be a valuable asset, especially through change programmes where the a dedicated support of the PR team is of most importance and where an objective and safe pair of hands is needed.

I have worked with Susan within the global travel, hotel and loyalty industries for a number of years; she is a tenacious PR and marketing professional who is always quick to understand clients' business needs and develop clear and actionable strategies and plans to meet sales and revenue targets. Clients love working with her. As do I. Susan is always positive, enthusiastic; is calm under pressure and overall great fun to work with! I have no hesitation in recommending Susan for any business. She is a true asset.
