  The company and I started in April 1, 1992. A partner's spouse worked with me in the retail jewelry industry and mentioned my name as someone to administer the internal functions of a machinery moving upstart. The company experienced growth, opportunity, and challenges which strengthened the base. Needed changes in 2013 included staffing and the addition of Sam Grage as our COO. These changes allowed the company continued grow and offered enhanced connection with the local communities. The company is solid, the employees are great, and it became time for me to look at what the next chapter in my life will be. In early 2017 i will be leaving the company in great hands and know it will continue to be the premier rigging business in Wisconsin. Show less
