Bio
Whitney Allgood, PhD
I worked with Suze for over three years at the National School Climate Center. She came onto the team as a Manager of Research and Evaluation, where she did a phenomenal job helping us assemble the background research we needed to guide program and measurement development decisions and leading all of our qualitative research activities. Most recently, she assumed a large role in the review, updating and re-launch of our School Climate Leadership Certification. Suze is an advocate for humane and joyful school and professional communities that engage and celebrate every individual, and she lives into that advocacy every day. She knows how to work hard, how to step out of her comfort zone and do new things that she's never done before or that aren't part of her defined role, and how to acclimate to a lot of uncertainty -- all while still having fun. Lots of fun. I admire Suze's passion for and commitment to learning new things, self-awareness and personal growth. I was always inspired and uplifted by her love of the natural world and great dance music. No matter how tough the job or challenging the situation, Suze was able to lighten to mood and the load. Every team needs a Suze!
