Prepare precise and lucid instructions regarding pattern of questionnaire, rational marks allottment, and language of instructions. 3. Collection of every possible questionnaires for all kinds assessments. 4. Giving advanced circular to the teachers signed by the principal regarding submitting question paper, mark sheet on time and any other required documents. 5. Ensure preparation of question paper i.e. final print out before 48 hours. 6. Complete Analysis of Question paper in terms of format grammatical mistakes, total score of the paper. 7. Necessary analysis of inventory items to conduct examination i.e. question paper, answer sheets, mark sheets, thread and other stationary items. 8. Seating Arrangement:-Making proper seating arrangement for students for different examinations.9. Time-table:-Making examination time table with the consent from principal.10. Duty charge:-Prepare examination duty list for the teachers.11. Collection all all answer scripts for duty teachers, distributing collected sheets for grading work. 12. Preparation of marking scheme: Teacher will prepare marking scheme of question with question paper and submit it to the Examination Department. Show less
