      Most of my career experience has been dedicated to the Hotel Reception department of several 5 & 4 star hotels in the South of Tenerife. This made me aware of different ways of being part of a reception team, because you might have experience, you now many languages, you are young and hard working, etc. But overall this and more, each reception team has to have a great attitude! At this point in time I have been able to integrate into my career the management department. A very complex and challenging department that requires a lot of background & knowledge, something I learned and got thought by professionals with unique leadership skills. Unlike management, leadership cannot be taught, although it may be learned and enhanced through coaching or mentoring. Therefore in Diamond Resorts I can contribute in leading a team by sharing the corporate vision to motivate every individual so they will follow willingly. This act of inspiration has a great effect when it comes to achieving corporate goals and personal aims, most of your team will perform and engage in this line. When it comes to my experience in the sector of hotels & resorts of Tenerife in the past decade, this has made me aware of the best results you can get with your team in guest relation/attention and service. At this point we will be very focused on staff attitude and motivation by creating a fresh and challenging team, with a positive and opened vision when dealing with every day guest contact.
