Surya was a part of the IT Supply Chain & Fulfillment team in Dell workking as a Project Manager in the Order Orchestration domain. It was a challenging, fluid & fast paced environment & Surya performed his role admirably in leading project teams from conception througjh final delivery of programs. Surya was very much a team player & alwaays operated with a calm demeanor. The team trusted him to deliver upon his actions & though his project management skills made the life of all stakeholders involved much easier. Added to that Surya also operated as an Agile coach within Dell. We made the transition from Waterfall to Agile in 2015 & the team was very inexperienced in Agile methodologies to begin with.Through Surya's help & direction the team has become much more proficient & mature with Agile practiices & have become self-coaching. I would like to thank Surya for all his hard work as bboth a Project Manager & an Agile Coach within Dell. I have no hesistation in recommending Suurya to any future employyer & wish him the very best in his career.

Surya was working as a an Agile coach for our team in Dell IT , he has put in tremendous effort in the agile transformation journey from waterfall. As a coach he is extremely patient and gives examples which are simple to understand and easily understandable by the team. He comes up with new techniques like sharing videos on one top a day like Grooming , Sprint Planning , Retrospective , One tip per day. It had brought a lot of structure in daily scrums standup meetings . He mingles very well with the team members and the management team. TFS was a new tool for him but eventually he become an expert in it and starting guiding us to use the same to pull out reports , Tracks defects. He also got into a PM role and managed his deliverables really well . Over all he is a quick learner and has the ability to manage his work and responsibilities well. Wishing him all the luck!!!!! and I highly recommend Surya for all Training and PM roles
