As an Instructor, Rodney organizes his courses in all different communities across the country providing the Mental Health First Aid USA participant manuals to all those who attend the course. When community members complete the 8 hour course they official become Mental Health First Aiders which teaches you how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The training helps you identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Rodney’s hope is that everyone who takes his class is inspired to continue their education to become a Certified Mental Health Instructor like he is.
