I have known Surjit while I was at Kotak Bank. Very rarely would you come across individuals who are socomposed and calm as Surjit especially when you carry the retail sales responsiblities of a region on your shoulders. Not to mention when the region is "east" and you have more than 40 people reporting in to you. The maturity Surjit practices in his team management is very commendable and I am certain that he would remain a core member of any sucessful venture.
