RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS • Support customer by ensuring that support requests are fulfilled as per applicable regulations and procedures. • Maintain, operate and administrate systems/system components as per applicable regulations and procedures. • Lead system release and system change management in the applicable lifecycle management systems • Liaise with required personnel as required for a compliant and timely resolution of operational activities • Author, review and contribute operational and compliance documentation • Contribute to requirement gathering, analysis, design and implementation of system improvements or new systems delivery • Contribute to test scenarios creation, review and execution • Provide estimates for implementation to projects • Establish validation plans with QA managers • Design, Implement, Test and Document the integrations to connect systems • Train support team on solutions • Assist in developing and implementing new technologies • May be requested to attend specific meetings to provide expert advice • Do 2nd or 3rd level support for integrations in assigned domains • Analysis and implementation of requirements and technical changes to integrations in assigned domains • Design and Implement (or Approve when required) ad hoc interfaces for single studies or procedures to facilitate the data handling received from different sources for trials / projects • Act as analyst for activities and deliverables defined in a SoW approved by Line Manager.
