  Scheduling and doing Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) techniques for Plant critical equipments. 1. Vibration Analysis 2. Wear Particle Analysis (WPA) and Ferrography 3. Ultrasonic Testing (UT).In-house CBM tools usage1. Vibration Analysis 2. Laser alignment 3. Metal / Rubber Hardness 4. Visco check (Comparator) 5. Electric Discharge detection.Vibration measurements for all plants / Power plant critical equipment were conducted in schedules to ensure the availability of equipment, reporting the action plan. Alignment of equipment's using Laser Alignment instrument. Coordinating and follow up with Condition Monitoring AMC contractors to carried out Vibration analysis , Oil analysis and Ultrasonic test.Additional responsibility - Doing reverse engineering on OEM supplied components to extract the hidden engineering / Standards of the component to meet the running parameters by conducting the physical and chemical properties test before developing indigenous components and spares drawings.Doing Developmental and retrofitting projects, preparing Initial scheme drawings, general arrangement & detail engineering drawing were issued to complete the project within the allotted time frame. Drawings received from suppliers related to Project and Spares were checked, approval and released for execution.
