Prepare Daily, weekly and Monthly Laboratory report and Toxic & COSHH report to management for easy evaluation.Coordinate with Corrosion engineering Team and advice the plan.Maintain the chemicals stock and prepare material request as per Lab requirements plan. Maintain MSDS for chemicals.To keep Laboratory safe and free of hazards all the time.If any extra parameter test and coordinate with Process team and implement.Daily follow up and checking of Boiler, Feed Condensate water samples in engine room.Monitor Napthanate formation and optimize the chemical injection during process.Monitor NAS test with Sub sea Hydraulic oil and Lube oil samples.
