  Control system upgrades in a major Seqwater water treatment facility in Brisbane involving Siemens S7-1500 PLCs with TIA V16 and V17 programming software, AVEVA System Platform SCADA. My tasks typically involve engineering design (developing P&ID, IO list, network drawings, functional description, software development), FAT and SAT in addition to leading a project team as and when required. One project is close to finish and the other is under site construction. Other projects include new AVEVA Historian install and configuration of around 50 PLCs and 800 tags at Orrcon Steel. Functional Safety tasks for OTO mill at the same facility. Safety programming in Schneider EcoXpert for sample handling system for Rio Tinto mine site in WA.
