Suresh Ganesan is the quintessential organisation man, aligning himself completely with the organisation's priorities and policies and getting his team to rally around those. He was thorough in his job, had a good grip on his team and more importantly was able to get them to rise up to the occasion every time you wanted him to do that. I have pushed multiple additional responsibilities onto Suresh over the years and every time he was given an onerous task he was able to pull himself upto the task and deliver well. He is very process oriented and is able to understand and contribute to process simplifications. His single minded focus on delivery to customers sometimes makes him rub the wrong side of colleagues but he does not deter from taking such flak in his stride for the overall success of his client delivery and organisation success. He has been a self learner, very disciplined in his work ethic and brings tremendous energy to the team. A thinking person, it is easier to get Suresh on your side if you are able to convince him of the importance of the task at hand. He is always willing to go the extra mile for the sake of the organisation and is also quick to identify and catch dishonest employees or actions. Overall he was a tremendous asset to the team and an excellent operations manager. I wish him all the very best.

Effective , Efficient, Empathetic and responsible are the words to describe Suresh.I have known Suresh since 2007 ,when I was Head of Operations at Edenred, earlier known as Accentiv. He used to manage one of our most sensitive and major clients-Citibank.And it is to his and his team's credit that that there were few escalation s in that account. His proactive and transparent behaviour ensured issues were addressed timely and progressed smoothly. His team handling skills were great with him displaying leadership qualities like being accountable, taking tough decisions, managing his team with empathy. The best part about Suresh is is his trustworthy nature and cheerful demeanor. He is an extremely positive person .He was a great asset to my team and to the organization.Over the years I have seen him grow professionally and personally from strength to strength and I am glad and proud to see that inspite of his success he is still well grounded and down to earth.I definitely wish him all the best and can't wait to see him grow to greater heights.
