Suresh Ganesan is the quintessential organisation man, aligning himself completely with the organisation's priorities and policies and getting his team to rally around those. He was thorough in his job, had a good grip on his team and more importantly was able to get them to rise up to the occasion every time you wanted him to do that. I have pushed multiple additional responsibilities onto Suresh over the years and every time he was given an onerous task he was able to pull himself upto the task and deliver well. He is very process oriented and is able to understand and contribute to process simplifications. His single minded focus on delivery to customers sometimes makes him rub the wrong side of colleagues but he does not deter from taking such flak in his stride for the overall success of his client delivery and organisation success.
