  I served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, which is one of the best Biotech departments, I have ever seen in terms of laboratory and resources. The department is DST-FIST sponsored and has almost all lab equipment required for graduate, post-graduate and doctoral studies. Almost all the faculties in the department are cooperative and few exceptions are everywhere. I have made many good friends in the department and spent a joyful time with a handful experience of academics. A department can not completed without its students. The students of Biotech department of KLEF are the real strength of the department and the university as well. Students are always respectful to their teaching staff in KLEF. Many of my students are now pursuing higher studies abroad or placed in reputed industries in India. Finally, the campus is one of the greenest and undoubtedly cleanest campus in India. Management spend a lot for maintaining the cleanliness and greenery in the campus. University is also supportive for the personal and professional growth of its employees.
