I have known Suren since 2006, when we first worked on a business transformation for a Marketing Services and Supply Chain Service Provider. We had worked on multiple transformation projects, which required quick assessment of their subsidiaries globally and to mobilise and monitor transformation programmes. Having worked with multiple industries and multinationals, his depth in Procurement, Operations and Supply Chain Management has always been a valuable and accessible asset. Despite moving on to different global roles and employers, we continued to keep in touch, and he has been an independent sounding board, which helped me shape executable operations strategies in several situations. I am glad to have a former colleague, sparring partner and a friend in him.

I had worked with Suren on L'Oreal SEA's transformation program, where he was advising L'Oreal on the Procurement and Supply Chain practices. His ability to bring the various senior stakeholders together through objective discussions and examples of industry leaders was exemplary. Since then, we have regularly kept in touch and shared our experiences. Suren's guidance along the way has been quite helpful as I grew in my career, especially navigating the corporate track. He draws from his experience engaging with senior leadership at large multinationals.

I worked with Suren on a major Business Process Reengineering (BPR) of a complex warehouse operation and process. He demonstrated excellent skills in understanding a new environment and business while applying his innovative BPR capabilities and experience. He furthermore worked very well staff at all levels, facilitating their active involvement and contribution to new solutions.
