When I took over, the division had over 350 MW of operational projects and the number rose to 1300 + MW when I retired. The bond was listed on Singapore exchange. Involved in due diligence, rating, compliance, road show and final listing.-Legal and complaisance.-Involved in all key negotiations for procurement, handled land procurement.-High level net working with Govt. officials in Central and state Govts, MNRE, SECI, NTPC, -Drove projects on change management-ERP, cross functional integrations.

      Al_suwaidi Holding Company Ltd. was one of the fastest growing well diversified Group in KSA with presence in Oil & Gas EPC, heavy equipment, scaffolding, facility management, chemicals, trading, Realty , IT and flange manufacturing. Joined them as Group CFO and was responsible for building SBU and Group level annual business and financial strategy, getting Business budgets done, arrange project and working capital funds for growth needs( arranged over 300 million of funds for the business), manage performance management and reporting systems, risk and compliance management. Key highlight of my achievement there was that I was given additional responsibility for heading their flange manufacturing business as profit center head. The unit was in losses since inception and I turned around the business in six months only-making it profitable. Changed the marketing strategy, made it more aggressive resulting in increased volumes and customer base in and outside KSA and higher unit price realization. Closely worked on the shop floor for reduction of wastage in process and reduction in inventory to achieve results. left them of my own in Sept., 2010 due to some family reasons.
