Responsibilities Conducting Preventive maintenance for 8 no. of Pot Tending Machines (PTM), which are controlled by Allen Bradley made PLC, manufactured by ECL-France, 7 no of WMI Cranes which are controlled by Siemens PLC, 2 no of FAFECO Cranes which are controlled by Relay logics. Managing Pot Controller which is the heart and brain of POT and Fume Treatment Plant. Maintenance of Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Electrical and different types of communication systems of the cranes and FTP. Troubleshooting of faults in various sensors like Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Flow Meters, Level Transmitters, Level sensors, Inductive proximity sensors, Vibration sensors, Laser sensors, Anti-collision sensors, Transmitters, Receivers, Weighing Systems, Phase detectors, VFCs, and various types of limit switches. Minimizing MTTR and improving MTBF. Proper notifications of all PM and Breakdown activities in SAP. Local store management and Scrap Management. 5S maintenance in my respective area.
