Worked with BSNL as Technical Engineer (From Jan 2015 to April 2015) in HSWAN Project (to solve the problem Leas line and Broadband ) . Working with Nxtra Data Ltd. (A Bharti Airtel Group) Manesar as Technical Support Engineer-Team Lead from April 2015 to till date. Check out the status of server, Firewall, Switch, router and given SHS and RHS Support. Monitoring daily basis activity on servers and IT equipment’s. Take console to server as per requirement of customer. Devices Mounted/Unmounted in server racks. Hard disk replacement as per Customer Guidelines. RCA (Root cause Analysis) prepare if any incident occur. Fiber cable patching as per instruction by Customer and checked cable interface status. Communicate with customer via outlook mail. We keep all record of Customer material inventory Good Knowledge of Computer Peripherals & Assembling the PC-Laptop. Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals Assign duties to staff to implement project goals, as needed Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals Review project implementation and gather data on project execution Coordinate with project managers and other project leads following project execution Supporting Customers for their internal and External audits with infra team Map all Customer LSI’s with billing team for verification they are billed or not on monthly basis .
