Job Responsibilities:- 1.Costumer- Maintain customer wise files updated regularly For SRS, Sign off, Agreement, etc as received from Client or Technicians 2.Attendance Records -Maintenance of attendance and leave card of Delhi staff 3. Manage Account Records-Handling of petty cash and payments to vendors – Delhi office rent, maintenance, telephone, internet, mobile bills, electricity bills, Tax bill, other bills, 4.Banking – Deposit all cheques received immediately, receive Bank statement monthly send to head office,Assist new employees to Open Bank account, 5. House keeping – Ensure office is cleaned daily including restroom, Desks should be kept clean, Supply of clean drinking water and twice a day tea/coffee as the case may be 6.Arranging - Taxi,Hotels for staff against requests received based on approvals, 7.Other– Reports to be sent to Management on a Monthly basis as under - List of payments received from clients - List of Bank and Cash Payments for the month - Bank statement from Bank - Attendance summary of staff indicating leave taken for the month - List of payments outstanding for the month Show less
