Consultation on Cost estimate for scope finalization. • Involved in all discussions carried out on requirement gathering of client and providing opinion and consultation on preliminary cost estimation and planning • Advising on procurement strategies, Contract drafting & Tender services: Tender compilation, tender evaluation, negotiations & recommendations • Leading on tendering process / Scrutinizing of submitted guarantees and insurance bonds • Preparation of Main Contractor’s/NSC’s IPC, Cost Controlling (Cash Flow Forecast & Budget Evaluation) Cost Report, Evaluation of Variations EOT/Prolongation Claims, Material Reconciliation. Preparation of Consultancy, Maintenance & Service Contract & IPC for those. • Liaising with all required stakeholders for clarifications on technical, cost, and contractual matters • Review of facts, evidence and substantiations discovered against claims such as prolongation costs, escalation claims, interest claims, compensation for losses and like. • Maintain logs related to the contract of the project including payments, variations, bonds, guarantees and insurance and other correspondences Preparation of value engineering proposals • Drafting opinion and recommendation reports for disputed variations and advise contractual positions of the parties. • Handling Force majeure events, and Employer's risk events • Bills of Quantities production (POMI and CESSM3) Show less
