• Designed and implemented the backend architecture of Firehawk Analytics tech stack. • Lead Data warehouse and database designer to host all client’s data. • Responsible for the software selection and cost optimisation for existing tech stacks. Producing the budget for all the backend infrastructure and allocate resources accordingly. • Handled servers and infrastructure migration projects which involved critical outages, testing, troubleshooting, planning and deploying. • Direct client interaction for onboarding, requirement gathering and adviser for the best practices and automation in clients source systems. • Developed and automated Extract Transform Load (ETL) pipeline using tools such as SSIS, CData, Fivetran, C# .Net. • Built a smart engine which extract data from different client apps and performs ETL operations to load the refined data to the Firehawk Analytics system. This engine reduced the onboarding time by 85% and eliminated code redundancy. • Worked on huge data volume of financial, operational, ecommerce, statistical and digital market data in both backend (ETL) and front end (Tableau). • Integrated more than 30 API’s and continuously enhancing the performance of these integrations. • Demonstrated DBA skills by tuning the SQL Server to improve the performance and creating the automated scripts to monitor the performance and server maintenance jobs. • Handled Tableau Server by installing, maintaining and automating housekeeping scripts. • Performed AWS Admin task including user management, network security, EC2 Instances configuration, S3 Bucket, Lambda functions, automated snapshots etc. • Built an application which extracts the real time data from accounting platforms such as Xero. It has features such as ledger system, budget upload system and creates the reports like profit and loss, balance sheet, cashflow, working capital etc. • Documented all the research and development for applying R&D grant for the business.
